Я вот всегда придерживался в таких случаях тактики "ответственного наезда". Строгим приглушенным голосом, вежливо, но непреклонно потребовать соблюдения тишины. На ответный взвяк поинтересоваться паспортными данными и жалобной книгой. И т.д. :))
